Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Oracle Eloqua Consultant with 8+ years of experience to
lead the implementation of a new Oracle Eloqua solution integrated with Oracle
Sales Foundation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the onsite
functional lead and business stakeholders to deliver an end-to-end
implementation, from requirements gathering through production deployment. The
role requires strong functional and technical expertise, excellent stakeholder
management skills, and the ability to drive successful project delivery.

Technical Skills:





* 8+ years of experience in Oracle Eloqua implementation and support.

* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua marketing automation
capabilities.

* Experience implementing Oracle Eloqua integrated with Oracle Sales Foundation
or Oracle CX Sales.

* Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing,
forms, landing pages, emails, and automation programs.

* Experience with Eloqua APIs, integration frameworks, and data
synchronization.

* Understanding of CRM integration concepts and customer data management.

* Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms
is preferred.

* Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting.

* Familiarity with release management, deployment, and production support
processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the onsite lead and business stakeholders to understand and
analyze business requirements.
