About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support the AI Hub hiring initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to support the recruitment of AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software, and other technology professionals.
This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, market mapping, recruitment analytics, and AI/technology talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand hiring requirements and assist in identifying suitable candidates for AI and technology roles.
Conduct candidate screening and initial resume evaluation based on defined job requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and recruitment documentation.




Conduct talent-market research and competitor/company mapping to identify potential candidates.
Assist in creating and maintaining talent pools for critical AI and technology skill sets.
Support recruitment-related MIS, dashboards, and reports.
Assist in improving recruitment processes through data analysis, automation, and AI-based tools.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Support other Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition concepts.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be an advantage.
Interest in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
