We are looking for a energetic and an energetic SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management) EXPERT. This role will be based at our Pune Office. The role involves end-to-end solution design, delivering complex financial models, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the PAPM and BW landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) models, including allocations, calculations, data enrichments, simulations, and reporting views.
Understanding of SAP BW / BW4HANA data models, including InfoProviders (ADSOs, Composite Providers),



Transformations, DTPs, Open Hubs, and BW Queries to support PaPM reporting and analytics requirements.
Manage data from integration of PaPM with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and other source systems to ensure seamless data flow, reconciliation, accuracy, and consistency.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
Research, analyze, and resolve data and system issues across SAP PaPM, BW, and integrated peripheral systems.
Troubleshoot PaPM functions, processes, data load failures and performance bottlenecks;
Work with support teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and optimal performance when handling large datasets.
Identify and implement automation, optimization, and performance improvement opportunities within PaPM models and BW data flows.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for
