ABOUT THE ROLE
The Systems and Master Data Management Manager is responsible for leading a team that enables Engineering, Facilities, EHS, and EOS operations through the governance, administration, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems, master data, and supporting business processes.
The team serves as the bridge between Business and Technology, ensuring systems and data are reliable, compliant, scalable, and aligned with operational and enterprise objectives. This role is responsible for maintaining system integrity, enabling business process standardization,



governing master data, supporting technology integrations, and ensuring users can effectively leverage systems to drive operational performance, compliance, and business outcomes.
This role owns governance and operational oversight for key enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Collibra, CMMS/EAM platforms, Cority, Sphera, Enablon, and other Engineering, Facilities, and EHS systems. The manager is accountable for ensuring systems remain operational, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and FAIR data principles.
