About The Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-oriented Operations & Admissions Executive to manage student admissions as well as day-to-day program coordination.

The role involves working closely with students,



doctors, faculty, hospitals, medical colleges and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from enquiry and admission through program completion.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, communicating with doctors and students, maintaining records and ensuring that programs run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Student Management
Handle enquiries from doctors, healthcare professionals and prospective students.
Understand candidate requirements and explain relevant courses/programs.
Counsel candidates regarding course structure, eligibility, duration, fees and admission process.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, including Meta and other channels.
Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
Coordinate the complete admission and fee-payment process.
Maintain accurate student and admission records in the CRM.
