About the Role
We're looking for a Script Writer who knows how to turn an idea into a story people actually want to watch, understand, remember, and share.
You'll work closely with the Content, Marketing, Creative, Presenter, Cinematography, and Video Editing teams to create scripts for Reels, YouTube videos, product explainers, founder-led content, advertisements, campaigns, interviews, and other content formats.
The ideal candidate is curious, creative, highly observant, and obsessed with finding the right hook, angle, and story.
Because a great video doesn't start with a camera.
It starts with a great script.





What You'll Do
1. Scriptwriting & Storytelling
Write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form video content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create scripts that capture attention immediately and keep viewers engaged until the end.
Develop strong hooks, openings, narratives, transitions, payoffs, and CTAs.
Write in a conversational, natural voice that sounds like a person—not a corporate brochure.
Adapt writing style based on the platform, audience, format, and objective.
2. Hooks & Content Ideas
Develop scroll-stopping hooks for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ads, and social content.
Find fresh angles around topics that may otherwise feel boring or overly technical.
Turn one idea into multiple content concepts and formats.
Brainstorm content series, recurring formats, and storytelling concepts with the Content and Marketing teams.
