We seek an experienced Retail Sales Executives to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Meet sales targets and contribute to store sales growth

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions

Customer Service:

Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints

Foster positive customer relationships

Store Operations:

Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping

Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization & Shrinkage Control.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (for Senior Sales Executives)

Experience: Previous retail experience preferred

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment & Flexible to work in various shifts

Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
