Job Description:
Crowe's Microsoft focused delivery practice brings together advisory, outcome delivery and managed services across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, data, automation and AI. The practice is expected to double over the next two years,



and this role will help shape how our approximately 20 person India engineering team operates as it grows.
We are looking for an experienced engineering leader who has built strong teams, raised technical standards and improved how complex software is delivered. Deep experience with every Microsoft product is not required. What matters most is engineering judgment, people leadership, learning agility and the ability to work with platform specialists to make sound architecture and delivery decisions.
This is a player coach role. You will remain technically engaged through architecture reviews, critical design decisions, prototypes, complex delivery situations and customer conversations. You will not be expected to be the deepest specialist in every Microsoft technology, but you must be able to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and help teams reach practical, defensible decisions.
