The EOX Delivery & Operations partners and collaborates with many parts of the talent organization to enable the delivery of learning programs.

Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, Talent Processes and Business Support on the EOX Delivery & Operations team, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with Growth & Development Leaders, Program Managers, and Delivery Managers to establish delivery strategies and approaches for assigned learning programs
Coordinating and documenting program delivery requirements during the planning phase and communicating those requirements to EOX, Meeting & Events Services, and other impacted stakeholders
Managing delivery processes for assigned learning programs by working across Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Meeting & Events Services, and EOX resources
Using business, industry, and program knowledge to support delivery decisions, oversee delegated activities, and ensure execution aligns with scope of services and service level agreements
Supporting stakeholder management for virtual program delivery,



print production requests, escalation processes, and compliance with program policies, processes, and guidelines

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree
4-6 years of experience in learning operations, learning program delivery, talent development, or business operations
Experience coordinating delivery requirements for learning programs across mult
