Your work will help build diverse datasets used to evaluate conversational audio agents in real-world situations.
You will assess model performance across conversational, technical, and audio-specific criteria, including accuracy, naturalness, comprehension, and contextual understanding.
The role combines strong Spanish language expertise with clear verbal communication and an interest in structured, technology-driven evaluation.

Accountabilities:
Create and execute role-play-based evaluation scenarios that realistically simulate customer service conversations across flight bookings and travel support, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
Contribute to the creation of diverse and representative datasets used to assess and benchmark conversational audio agents.
Evaluate model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative criteria, including task completion accuracy, efficiency, conversational naturalness, tone, flow, coherence, and response quality.
Assess audio comprehension, instruction adherence, contextual understanding, and the ability of models to handle realistic customer support scenarios.
