Role Description The Wall Painter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Wall Painter will prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming walls, and will apply paints, coatings, and finishes according to project specifications. Daily tasks include mixing paint to the required color and consistency, using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, and ensuring clean, accurate lines and even coverage. The role involves following site safety procedures, coordinating with supervisors and other trades,



reading basic instructions or drawings related to painting work, and maintaining tools and materials in good condition. The Wall Painter is expected to work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Painting and Paint application, including surface preparation and finishing techniques.
Candidates should possess skills in Spray Painting, with the ability to operate and maintain spray equipment safely and effectively.
Candidates should possess basic understanding of Architectural Drawings to follow painting specifications and layout requirements.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Carpentry-related coordination, such as working around doors, windows, and partitions for accurate finishing.
Previous experience as a wall painter or similar role in construction or maintenance projects.
