About the role
As Compliance Coordinator, you'll play an key role in supporting our global operations by ensuring the accuracy of key compliance data, coordinating reporting activities, and managing critical invoicing processes. Working closely with colleagues across multiple regions, you'll help drive operational excellence and contribute to the delivery of a first-class service to our clients and suppliers.

This is a hybrid role with a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work European business hours and be based within commuting distance of our office location.

You will have responsibility for maintaining the integrity of our internal systems, providing accurate and meaningful data to our clients, suppliers and colleagues.





Key responsibilities will include:
Produce, analyse and distribute weekly and monthly compliance reports, providing valuable insights to support operational decision-making.
Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, including the creation, validation and submission of purchase orders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date information across business systems.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, supporting the delivery of high-quality management information and reporting.
Support the administration and continuous improvement of compliance-related processes and controls.
Contribute to maintaining operational standards and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
