Skills And Competencies





Experience reviewing commercial contracts and maintaining accurate customer, transaction, and entitlement data in customer relationship management systems
Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach to data quality, compliance, and operational accuracy
Ability to analyze contractual and operational data, identify anomalies and risks, and escalate issues using sound judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Administration
Ability to organize competing priorities and deliver accurate work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote is strongly preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operatio
