Royal Infraconstru Limited is an established infrastructure and EPC company with solid experience in railway infrastructure, bridges, structural steel and major civil construction projects across India.

We are looking for a smart, proactive and commercially aware Planning & Billing Engineer for our project site at Deosar, Madhya Pradesh.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, construction team, client, consultants and Head Office to manage project planning, progress monitoring, billing, quantity tracking and project reporting.

The role is site-based and may require travel or temporary deployment to other Royal Infraconstru project locations depending on project requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Project Controls





Prepare and regularly update project schedules, work programmes and execution plans.
Develop project WBS, activity schedules and construction targets in coordination with the project team.
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress against approved project schedules.
Identify delays, constraints and critical activities and highlight them to project management.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
Track planned versus actual quantities, productivity and project milestones.
Coordinate with site execution, procurement, stores, plant & machinery and other departments for timely project execution.
Assist in preparation of recovery plans and revised schedules wherever required.
Maintain project progress data, MIS reports, dashboards and supporting documentation.
Support management in project review meetings and client progress meetings.
