About the Role
We're looking for a YouTube Manager to own and scale AiSensy's YouTube presence from strategy to execution.
You'll be responsible for understanding what our audience wants to watch, why they click, why they stay, and what makes them come back.
This role goes beyond uploading videos.
You'll own content strategy, channel growth, video packaging, SEO, analytics, experimentation, and performance while working closely with Content, Video, Design, Marketing, Growth, Product, and founders.
The goal is simple:




Build a YouTube channel that people want to watch—and that moves the AiSensy business forward.

What You'll Own
1. YouTube Strategy
Own AiSensy's overall YouTube strategy and channel growth roadmap.
Build and manage the YouTube content calendar across long-form videos, Shorts, educational content, founder-led content, product videos, interviews, and other relevant formats.
Define content pillars based on audience needs, business priorities, search demand, trends, and channel performance.
Develop repeatable content formats and series that can scale.
Identify opportunities to build AiSensy's authority around WhatsApp marketing, conversational commerce, SaaS, AI, business growth, and technology.
2. Content Ideation & Development
Identify video ideas with robust potential for views, retention, subscribers, and business impact.
Research audience interests, search trends, competitors, creators, and emerging formats.
