HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER / DGM – ACCOUNTS & TAXATION

Are you a qualified CA/CMA who is ready to own the numbers, taxation and financial reporting of a growing multi-entity Group?

QVC Group is looking for a high-calibre finance professional to take ownership of Group Accounts, Taxation, Banking, Consolidation, Plant Costing & MIS across our growing business.

This is NOT a routine accounting or return-filing role.

We are looking for someone who can challenge numbers, solve problems independently, take ownership and provide accurate financial intelligence to the CFO and Board.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Group consolidation across 5 legal entities

Consolidated P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow

GST, TDS/TCS & Direct Taxation

Tax assessments, scrutiny & litigation management

Section 195, Form 15CA/15CB & foreign remittances

Banking compliance, Drawing Power & Stock/Book Debt statements

Working Capital & Treasury Management

Group MIS & management reporting

Plant Costing & Cost per MT analysis

Audit, Internal Controls & Compliance





Listed Company / SEBI / Ind AS exposure

Leadership of an 8–9 member Finance & Accounts team

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

MANDATORY:

Qualified CA or CMA – Qualified candidates only

7–12 years post-qualification experience

Solid multi-entity consolidation experience

Hands-on ownership of GST & TDS compliance

Experience with bank Drawing Power / Stock & Book Debt statements

Team management experience

Live SAP FICO / equivalent ERP experience

Willingness to travel to Durgapur plant fortnightly

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in Steel | Ferro Alloys | Metals | Mining | Process Manufacturing
