About the role
We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to oversee Digital Technology across our factories in Asia and the Middle East. This role will lead a regional network of Factory IT Site Leaders and drive standardization,



operational excellence, and digital transformation across all plants in scope.
This leader will build a high-performing regional organization of Factory Digital Leaders, ensuring technology becomes a strategic enabler for manufacturing excellence, operational resilience, and business growth. The role partners closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Global Digital COEs, and Business Leadership to define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.

Develop and execute the regional Digital Technology strategy aligned with the enterprise manufacturing vision and business priorities.
