WE'RE HIRING | RMC BUSINESS HEAD – NAGPUR

PanchaKrishna Construction Pvt. Ltd. is expanding into the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) business in Nagpur, and we are looking for a commercially driven professional to take a key leadership role in building and growing this recent business vertical.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a conventional management role — someone who can develop the market, build customer relationships, create a strong sales pipeline and work closely with operations to drive the business.

Your Role
- Drive Sales, Marketing & Business Development — the primary focus of this role.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers and infrastructure companies.
- Develop the RMC market and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead business strategy, pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate plant operations, quality, logistics and delivery.
- Build and lead a high-performing team.
- Drive revenue, margins and overall business growth.

What We're Looking For
- MBA / PGDM preferred, particularly in Marketing, Finance,



Operations or Management.
- 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong track record in Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
- Experience in RMC, concrete, construction materials or infrastructure is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware, entrepreneurial and result-oriented.
- Ability to take ownership and build a business from the ground up.
