Position Summary





The Team Lead – Admissions will be responsible for leading and managing the Admissions Sales team, driving lead conversions, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring a high-quality counselling experience for prospective parents and students.

The role requires strong sales leadership, team management, performance tracking, coaching, stakeholder management, and target ownership. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of experience managing a Sales/Admissions team.

Key stakeholders: Admissions Counsellors, Sales Team, Marketing Team, Academic Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, and Parents/Prospective Students.

Lead, manage, and motivate the Admissions/Sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.
