Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an LS Retail Functional Consultant based in New Delhi. The consultant will work closely with retail clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions that align with operational and financial objectives. Daily responsibilities include configuring LS Retail modules, preparing functional specifications, leading workshops and user trainings, and supporting system testing and go-live activities.

The role involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful integrations, troubleshooting functional issues, and continuously improving system usage and performance. The consultant will also participate in project documentation, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation support to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced LS Retail Functional Consultant to join our team in Recent Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in LS Retail/LS Central and strong functional knowledge of retail business processes.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring solutions, supporting implementations, and working closely with clients and technical teams to deliver successful LS Retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional activities for LS Retail / LS Central implementation and support projects.

Understand and analyze retail business requirements and translate them into ERP/POS solutions.

Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, and gap-fit analysis.

Configure LS Retail/LS Central modules based on business requirements.

Work on retail processes including POS, Store Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Pricing, Promotions, Loyalty, and Financials.

Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.

Conduct CRP, UAT, and end-user training sessions.





Coordinate with technical consultants and development teams for customizations and integrations.

Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.

Work directly with clients and stakeholders to manage requirements and deliverables.

Provide functional guidance to junior consultants and project team members.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of relevant experience in LS Retail / LS Central functional consulting.

Strong understanding of retail business processes and ERP/POS systems.

Hands-on experience with LS Retail/LS Central implementation, configuration, or support.

Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and user training.

Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV is preferred.

Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.

Experience working with a Microsoft Partner will be an added advantage.

Preferred

Candidates currently working with or having experience in a Microsoft Partner / LS Retail Partner environment.

Experience handling end-to-end LS Retail implementation projects.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
