Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a DSA with C, C++, and Java Trainer located in the Greater Delhi Area. The trainer will design and deliver structured training modules in Data Structures and Algorithms, as well as programming in C, C++, and Java for students, fresh graduates, and corporate learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom sessions, creating assignments and assessments, and providing feedback to help learners improve problem-solving and coding skills.

The role involves aligning training content with industry standards,



collaborating with the training team to refine program outcomes, and reporting learner progress to internal stakeholders and client organizations. The trainer may also contribute to workshops, hackathons, and placement-oriented training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms, with the ability to explain core concepts and problem-solving techniques clearly.
- Hands-on expertise in C, C++, and Java programming, including writing efficient, clean, and well-documented code.
- Experience in classroom teaching or corporate training, with skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner engagement.
- Ability to create and evaluate coding assignments, tests, and projects to measure learner performance and understanding.
- Familiarity with software development practices, debugging tools, and IDEs commonly used for C, C++, and Java.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a learner-centric, inclusive, and patient teaching approach.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple batches, schedules, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications or teaching credentials are an advantage.
- Exposure to competitive programming, coding bootcamps, or placement-focused training programs is preferred.
