Role Description The Hiring DSA with C, C++ Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will conduct classroom and lab-based training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) using C and C++, designing and delivering curriculum that meets current industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, creating assignments and assessments, mentoring learners, and providing constructive feedback to help participants strengthen their problem-solving and coding skills.





The role also involves collaborating with corporate partners and internal teams to align training outcomes with hiring needs, supporting screening or technical evaluation of candidates, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in software development and technical education.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in DSA concepts and programming in C and C++, including hands-on experience with coding, debugging, and algorithm optimization.
- Experience in technical or corporate training, with the ability to design structured modules, deliver interactive sessions, and evaluate learner performance.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, ideally with exposure to related areas such as full stack development, data structures in other languages, or object-oriented programming.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage classroom dynamics, and collaborate with hiring and technical teams to support talent development and selection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant certifications or prior training experience are an advantage.
- Familiarity with current industry trends in data science, AI, cloud, or DevOps is beneficial for contextualizing training and career pathways.
