NIACE (Nurturing Innovative Action on Career and Education) Foundation, established in 2015, is a social development organization focused on human resource development, skill development, employability, and social inclusion.

Registered as a society under the Society Registration Act, 1860, and headquartered in Nainital, Uttarakhand, NIACE Foundation works across Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Bihar, and Odisha.

The organization works primarily with socially marginalized and underprivileged youth, including persons with disabilities, BPL rural youth, and tribal communities. Through skill development, career counseling, employment support, and community mobilization, NIACE helps young people access mainstream employment opportunities and build sustainable livelihoods.

1. English Trainer

Job Purpose The English Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical English-language training to youth and learners, with a focus on improving their communication skills, confidence, workplace readiness, and employability.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging English language and communication training.
- Develop learners' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Conduct classroom activities, exercises, assessments, and practice sessions.
- Help learners improve workplace communication and professional vocabulary.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain attendance, learner progress, and training records.
- Support learners in preparing for interviews and employment.
- Create an inclusive and motivating learning environment.

Desired Skills

- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Good presentation and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to work with youth from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, creativity, and a learner-focused approach.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate. Relevant training/teaching experience will be an advantage.

2. Soft Skills Trainer

Job Purpose The Soft Skills Trainer will develop participants' interpersonal, behavioral, workplace, and employability skills to help them successfully transition into employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training on communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop learners' confidence, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct sessions on workplace etiquette and qualified behaviour.
- Provide interview preparation and employability guidance.
- Conduct group activities, role plays, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.




- Maintain training documentation and progress reports.
- Encourage participation and create a positive learning environment.

Desired Skills

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Ability to motivate young people.
- Good understanding of workplace behaviour and employability.

Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate. Training/facilitation experience is preferred.

3. IT Trainer

Job Purpose The IT Trainer will provide practical computer and digital-skills training to learners to improve their digital literacy, workplace readiness, and employment prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct basic and intermediate computer training.
- Train participants in MS Office and common workplace applications.
- Provide practical training in internet, email, and digital tools.
- Develop learners' digital confidence and workplace technology skills.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Monitor learner performance and provide individual support.
- Maintain attendance and training records.
- Support learners in developing job-oriented digital skills.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of computers and common office applications.
- Good teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Patience and ability to work with first-time computer users.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge.

Qualification Graduate/Diploma in Computer Applications, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

4. Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Job Purpose The Guest Service Associate will support professional guest/customer service operations and ensure a positive experience for guests while maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide appropriate information.
- Support check-in/check-out and other guest-service activities as applicable.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve guest requirements.
- Maintain professional communication and service etiquette.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards in the assigned area.
- Follow organizational policies and workplace safety procedures.

5. Sampling Tailor

Job Purpose The Sampling Tailor will be responsible for stitching and preparing garment samples according to measurements, designs, specifications, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare garment samples according to given designs and measurements.
- Operate sewing machines and relevant tailoring equipment.
- Perform cutting,



stitching, finishing, and alterations.
- Interpret basic garment patterns and specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of finished samples.
- Identify and rectify stitching or fitting issues.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Complete assigned work within specified timelines.

Desired Skills

- Strong stitching and tailoring skills.
- Knowledge of garment construction and finishing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand measurements and basic patterns.

Qualification Relevant tailoring/garment-making training or equivalent practical experience.

6. Field Mobilizer

Job Purpose The Field Mobilizer will engage with communities and prospective beneficiaries to identify, counsel, mobilize, and support eligible youth for skill-development and employment programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct community outreach and mobilization activities.
- Identify potential beneficiaries from target communities.
- Explain available training and employment opportunities.
- Counsel youth regarding career and skill-development options.
- Coordinate enrollment and documentation of candidates.
- Build relationships with community leaders, local institutions, and stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits and awareness activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and field records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the training and placement process.
- Support inclusion of marginalized and disadvantaged youth.

Desired Skills

- Willingness to travel for field activities.
