EduBridge Learning is hiring a hands-on High-Volume Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. If you thrive on high-volume sourcing, calling, candidate engagement and closures — and enjoy working against clear targets — this role is for you.

What you’ll own

- End-to-end recruitment — Sourcing to Joining
- High-volume sourcing, screening and outbound calling
- Interview coordination and candidate follow-ups
- Offer management and joining conversion
- Target: 8–10+ successful joinings every month

What we’re looking for

- 2–4 years of hands-on high-volume recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and outbound calling skills
- Proven track record of delivering individual hiring targets




- Solid candidate engagement and closing ability
- Comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously
- Experience with an ATS / recruitment tools
