Role Description This is a full time, on-site Heavy Driver role based in Mumbai.

The Heavy

Driver will be responsible for operating heavy trucks safely and efficiently, following assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions. Daily tasks include loading and unloading goods, inspecting vehicles for safety and maintenance issues, and accurately completing trip logs and delivery documentation. The role also involves complying with traffic and company safety regulations, coordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams, and providing courteous service to customers during pickups and deliveries.





The driver is expected to maintain a clean vehicle, report incidents or delays promptly, and support smooth logistics operations as part of the wider transport team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong truck driving skills, including experience operating heavy trucks in urban and highway environments.
- Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license, with a clean driving record and knowledge of traffic and safety regulations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to represent the company professionally during deliveries and collections.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with basic truck inspection and maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in commercial or logistics driving, ability to handle documentation, basic literacy and numeracy, and readiness to work flexible hours when required.
