- Conduct skin & hair consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Convert consultations into treatment packages through ethical counselling.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate patient records in CRM.
- Coordinate with dermatologists and clinic staff for a seamless patient experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
