We’re Hiring | Head of Marketing - Jaipur Kurti

This is more than a marketing role. It’s an chance to shape the next phase of Jaipur Kurti’s growth.

As we scale across Retail, D2C and Marketplaces, we are looking for a senior marketing leader who can build a stronger brand, accelerate consumer growth and create an integrated marketing engine across channels.

What will you own?

- Brand Strategy & Positioning – Strengthen brand proposition, consumer relevance and long-term brand equity
- Integrated Marketing – Build and execute 360° campaigns across digital, retail, social, PR and other consumer touchpoints
- Retail Marketing – Drive store launches, local marketing, VM communication and retail-led consumer engagement
- D2C & Performance Marketing – Own acquisition, conversion, ROAS and customer growth
- Marketplace Marketing – Drive visibility, discovery and growth across key marketplaces
- CRM & Retention – Build initiatives for repeat purchase, customer engagement and lifetime value
- PR & Brand Communication – Shape brand narratives and external communication




- Team & Agency Leadership – Build a high-performing team and effectively manage agency/partner ecosystem

What are we looking for?

A strategic yet hands-on marketing leader with 10–15+ years of experience in Fashion, Retail, Lifestyle or Consumer Brands.

Someone who:

- Thinks Brand + Business, not marketing in isolation
- Has successfully scaled consumer brands
- Understands both offline and digital ecosystems
- Is strong on consumer insights, data and performance
- Can move seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Has the leadership maturity to build teams and drive cross-functional alignment

Location: Jaipur

Compensation: As per market standards — no bar for the right candidate
