Role Description The Head of Information Technology is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing all IT functions across Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt Ltd. This role manages daily IT operations, including infrastructure availability, system performance, data security, and support services for all departments. The position involves defining and executing IT strategy aligned with business goals, planning technology roadmaps, and leading digital initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

The Head of IT will supervise IT teams and vendors, ensure adherence to compliance and security standards, and manage budgets for hardware, software, and network resources. The role also includes driving continuous improvement,



implementing best practices, and supporting the company’s growth by enabling reliable technology solutions for manufacturing, sales, and distribution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Information Technology and IT Management, with proven experience leading enterprise-level technology functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Operations and Infrastructure, including network administration, server and cloud environments, end-user support, and system maintenance.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in IT Strategy, with experience in technology planning, digital transformation, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Candidate must be well versed with SAP Implementation
- Candidate should have good exposure into DMS and SFA
- Candidates should possess experience in vendor management, IT budgeting, and implementing security, compliance, and data protection standards.
- Must have worked closely with Factory to identify gaps and implement automation or process improvements using AI / Robotics
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, along with experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Additional beneficial skills include leadership and team management, strong communication and stakeholder engagement, project management, and familiarity with ERP and other business systems.
