About The Role A sale is a promise; operations is whether it is kept. As Head of Operations you will own the function across Telangana, Gujarat and Odisha: field operations, onboarding, implementation support, the Academy training line, and the logistics behind every live deployment.

Key responsibilities

- Own operations across Hyderabad, Gujarat and Odisha.
- Run onboarding, implementation and post-sales support as one chain.
- Own the Academy — school capacity building, internal SOPs and certification.
- Build the field, admin and logistics teams beneath the function.
- Hold deployment health: coverage, quality, adoption and drop-off.
- Make renewal a consequence of delivery rather than a conversation.

What we’re looking for
- 7+ years in operations across multi-site or multi-state delivery.
- Experience standing processes up, not only running existing ones.
- Comfort with travel across three states.




- A bias for the deployment that lasts over the one that demonstrates well.
