We're Hiring: Marketing Head — Kaleido Realty ?

Kaleido Realty is looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Head to lead brand-building, demand generation, and integrated campaigns across our residential and commercial real estate portfolio.

? Location: Bengaluru, India

? Key Responsibilities:

? Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Own end-to-end brand strategy for Kaleido Realty's project portfolio
- Define brand architecture & go-to-market frameworks for recent launches

? Campaign & Launch Management

- Lead full-funnel marketing strategy from creative brief to brand rollout
- Drive high-conversion campaigns across ATL, digital, PR & experiential
- Plan footfall, engagement & activation strategies for on-ground initiatives

? Agency & Stakeholder Management

- Manage a multi-agency ecosystem — creative, media, digital, experiential
- Partner with sales & CRM teams to convert marketing into revenue outcomes

? Budget & Performance Ownership

- Own marketing budgets and optimize spend through data & market intelligence
- Track performance and consumer insights to refine strategy continuously

? Partnerships & New Business

- Build strategic brand, media & channel partnerships
- Identify new marketing verticals aligned with business growth

? Team & Vendor Leadership

- Lead and mentor the internal marketing team
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation & performance management





✅ What You Bring:

- 6–8 years in marketing, with strong real estate / luxury / premium lifestyle brand experience
- Proven ownership of multiple concurrent high-value project launches
- Robust command over ATL, digital, PR & experiential marketing
- Experience managing marketing budgets and multi-agency teams
- Excellent stakeholder management across sales & leadership
- Data-driven mindset with strong consumer insight instincts
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
