Role Overview

We’re looking for something dynamic and strategic .Head of Business Development to lead growth, partnerships, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven business development experience, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and market reach

Build and manage key client relationships and partnerships

Identify current business opportunities and close high-value deals





Collaborate with creative and production teams for project alignment

Lead and mentor the BD team to achieve revenue goals

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development (preferably in animation, design, or creative industry)

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
