AppealEdge is hiring a CEO / strategic partner to lead our Amazon reinstatement side.

AppealEdge is an Amazon reinstatement company, and it is already running. We have the brand, a website with SEO content, an active social channel, and a pipeline that brings suspended sellers to us every week. We have built the machine around the work.

The one gap we have is at the leadership level. We understand the appeal process and the business side, but we do not have deep, hands-on reinstatement experience. That is exactly what we are looking for, and it is why this is a leadership role and not a support one.

What the role is

You would lead reinstatement at AppealEdge. Every case that comes in would be yours to run, on your method and your standards. You would shape the reinstatement methodology, case strategy, quality standards, team and training, and have a real say in content, brand positioning, and the long-term direction of the company.

This is not a "come work for us as an Amazon expert" job. It is a leadership opportunity with a real path to ownership. We will work out the structure directly with the right person.

Who we are looking for





- Significant hands-on Amazon reinstatement experience, not theory
- Worked across suspension types and account issues, including complex cases
- Strong grasp of Amazon's policies and what works in real appeals
- Able to diagnose a case and choose the right strategy
- A real understanding of the seller ecosystem

Technical expertise on its own is not enough. We want someone who can wear more than one hat.
- Comfortable on camera, and able to create informational content that helps sellers
- Understands content-led marketing and how a brand gets built
- Has a point of view on how a reinstatement company should be positioned and stand apart
- Wants to build something, not just fill a role
