- Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize integration requirements between Guidewire Policy Center and external systems.
- Define end-to-end data flows, experience working in Cloud APIs, App Events, message schemas, and error-handling logic for seamless connectivity with internal and external systems such as payment gateway, address validation, document production systems etc
- Create transparent functional specifications, data mapping documents, and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Partner with Guidewire developers, QA teams, and architects to ensure technical feasibility and drive timely delivery of integration components.
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and UAT by defining test scenarios, validating data accuracy, and troubleshooting integration defects end-to-end.
