Requirement 3 - BA with Data Migration:

- Partner with business and technical teams to define data migration scope, objectives, and success criteria for Guidewire implementations.
- Analyze legacy system data structures and create detailed mapping documents to Guidewire data models (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter), ensuring accurate translation of fields, relationships, and business rules.
- Define data cleansing, transformation, and validation rules to address gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies; establish reconciliation checkpoints to ensure migration integrity.
- Collaborate with QA and ETL teams to design migration test scenarios, validate extracted/transformed/loaded data, and support team to close defects.

Must- Have skills:
- 2+ years BA experience on Guidewire data migration projects
- Robust understanding of Guidewire data model, entities, relationships, and extension patterns
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
