Kadkani River Resort, Coorg is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Office & Guest Services team.

About the RoleAs a Guest Service Associate, you will be one of the key points of contact for our guests and will play an key role in creating a warm and memorable resort experience.

Key Responsibilities• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out

- Handle guest queries, requests and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Restaurant and other departments to ensure smooth guest service
- Assist guests with information regarding resort facilities, activities and local attractions
- Handle reservations and basic front-office operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Assist with day-to-day Front Office operations

What We’re Looking For• Freshers with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, friendly and professional personality
- Ability to interact confidently with guests
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Candidates with a hospitality/hotel management background will be an advantage
