We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketing Executive to join our growing healthcare marketing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Plan and execute digital growth campaigns for hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare brands
● Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and lead generation campaigns
● Generate qualified leads for healthcare services and specialty departments
● Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPL, ROAS, conversions, and engagement
● Coordinate with creative, content, and video teams for campaign execution
● Support patient acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
● Create and optimize landing pages and lead funnels
● Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
● Track website and campaign analytics using Google Analytics and Tag Manager
● Assist in promoting healthcare events, medical conferences, awareness campaigns, and marathons
● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
● Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends and platform updates
Preferred Candidate Profile
● 2–3 years of experience in Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
● Experience handling Meta and Google Ads campaigns
● Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
● Analytical mindset with good reporting skills
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
● Valuable communication and coordination skills
● Experience in healthcare marketing or agency environment is preferred
