Role Description The Growth & Partnership Executive (WFO) will drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding relevant partners and collaborators. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves managing end-to-end partnership cycles, from outreach and pitching to negotiation, closure, and relationship management. The executive will analyze market trends and performance data to refine growth strategies, support sales initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership-related campaigns and projects.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining a strong partner pipeline, tracking key metrics, preparing reports and presentations, and representing BrightCHAMPS professionally in external meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess partnership performance, and support growth-focused decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to pitch partnerships, build relationships, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking skills to experiment with innovative strategies, optimize funnels, and accelerate user and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to convert leads, manage a partnership pipeline, and achieve or exceed growth targets.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor partnership initiatives and campaigns within defined timelines and budgets.
- Relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles, ideally within edtech, consumer internet, or startup environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in growth, sales, or project management are a plus.
- Comfort working on-site in a quick-paced, high-growth environment in Bengaluru, with a proactive, result-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
