About the Role

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist who can combine video editing, content creation, and digital marketing to build Drivetube's brand, grow our online presence, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Create and edit high-quality videos for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, and promotional campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and viral content ideas.
- Develop engaging content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor content and campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all creative content aligns with Drivetube's brand identity and messaging.




- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, AI tools, and social media algorithms.

Requirements:

- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, analytics, and content strategy.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
