Konark Events is looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Growth Manager to join our team and drive new business opportunities.

What You

’ll Do

Identi fy and develop new business opportunities and potential clients. Generat e leads through networking, referrals, online channels and market research. Build a nd maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Underst and client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals. Follow up with leads, proposals and prospects to drive conversions.

Conduct client meetings and professionally present company offerings. Develop and maintain a strong professional network. Track l eads, enquiries, meetings, proposals and conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Identif y new markets, clients and growth opportunities. Stay up dated on market trends and competitor activities.

Represe nt the company at meetings, industry events and networking opportunities. Coordin ate with management and internal teams for smooth client onboarding and relationship management.



Maintai n accurate business development records and provide regular updates to management. Use AI-

powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other relevant tools.

What We’

re Looking For

Gradua te in any relevant discipline. 1–5 yea rs of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management or a related field preferred. Excelle nt verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Confide nt personality with strong presentation skills. Robust negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills. Target-

oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Good kn owledge of MS Office / Google Workspace. Solid networking and lead-generation abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Positiv e attitude, professional approach and willingness to learn.* Willing ness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
