Role Overview

TropiQ Getaways is looking for a proactive Manager – Operations to take full ownership of our daily travel and tour operations. You will step into day-to-day management to ensure business targets are met, quality standards are maintained, assets are cared for, and our team stays motivated.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Quality: Manage day-to-day tour execution, maintain company assets/gear, and ensure top-tier guest experiences.

Business & Enquiries: Drive business targets, manage guest enquiries, and support online visibility.

Team & People Management:



Lead and motivate staff/guides while handling client and vendor relationships smoothly.

Execution: Track operational tasks, optimize schedules, and resolve on-ground issues independently.

Requirements

Languages: Full fluency in English and Malayalam (written and spoken).

Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong project and task management ability.

Experience: Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or experience management preferred.
