Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in Surat.

The Graphics

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and website assets. Daily responsibilities include developing and refining logos, brand elements, and typography treatments that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, understanding project requirements, preparing design drafts, and revising work based on feedback.

Designer will also ensure consistency across all visual materials, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prepare files for production or publication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the creation and adaptation of brand identities across multiple touchpoints.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of type hierarchy, readability, and style matching to brand voice.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and ability to follow brand guidelines and project briefs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
