Salam Kisan is India's agri-tech platform bringing drone-based crop spraying, farm advisory, and precision-agriculture services directly to farmers across the country. We're scaling that mission through a larger group — a DGCA-certified drone training school and an in-house drone & aerospace manufacturing facility — and we're hiring a Graphic Designer to own the visual output across all of it.

You'll be the go-to creative resource for the founders, senior leadership, and the marketing team — producing presentations, video, and static collateral at startup speed, while keeping every output true to brand.

Location: Mumbai (Nariman Point / Andheri)

Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA

Work week: Monday–Saturday, rotational Saturdays off

Reports to: Marketing Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Produce static and video collateral — social creatives, brochures, banners, reels and short-form video, product/training promos
- Design presentation decks for founders and leadership — investor updates, partner/government meetings, internal reviews — often on short turnaround
- Own brand guidelines — typography, colour, logo usage, tone — across every vertical
- Build digital-first campaign creative (social, WhatsApp/SMS, landing pages) for rural and agri audiences
- Design collateral for on-ground rural activations, farmer meets, dealer/distributor events,



and public outreach
- Support event collateral needs, matching exact formats/specs, and turn around last-minute changes rapid
- Juggle live requests from marketing, founders, and vertical heads while hitting your own delivery targets

YOU SHOULD HAVE

- 2–4 years of experience as a graphic designer
- Hands-on skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, and Canva
- Comfort with AI-native design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) to speed up ideation and production
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva for presentation design
- Ability to edit short-form video using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Comfort working directly with founders/leadership under tight, shifting timelines
- Based in Mumbai, or willing to relocate
- Marathi Language fluency

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience with an agri-focused or rural-facing brand
- Digital-first marketing experience in Tier 2/3 markets
- Experience with rural activation programmes, farmer outreach, or public/government-facing events
