About Startup Stairs

Startup Stairs is an incubation and entrepreneurship-focused organization working towards building and supporting the startup ecosystem. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create visually engaging designs for our digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, social media, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design creatives for startup programs, incubation initiatives, events, workshops, campaigns, and announcements.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, HR, and Business teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives on time.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, colors, layouts, and visual communication.
- Create banners, posters, brochures, infographics, presentations, standees, certificates, and other promotional materials.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats as required for various platforms.
- Support the team with basic video/reel creatives, thumbnails, and motion graphics when required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.




- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Take feedback positively and make necessary design revisions.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva is required.
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other design/video tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and branding.
- Strong creative and visual-thinking skills.
- Ability to convert ideas and concepts into effective visual designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience working on social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Experience in startup, technology, education, incubation, or entrepreneurship-related organizations will be an advantage.
