Job Role :-

- Create designs for print materials (brochures, banners, posters, business cards, etc.) and digital media (social media posts, ads, websites).

- Use software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or InDesign.

- Collaborate with clients or marketing teams to understand design needs.

- Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent with brand identity, and ready for printing or online use.

- Handle layout, typography, color selection, and image editing.

Profile 2:- Sales Executive

Job Role :-

Responsible for generating current business, managing client relationships, promoting printing services (like flex, digital, and offset printing), preparing quotations, negotiating deals, coordinating with the design/production team for timely delivery, and achieving sales targets.

Job role :-

Job Role (Flex Printing):

- Handle printing machines used for flex, vinyl, and other large-format materials.

- Prepare and check design files before printing (size, resolution, color accuracy).

- Operate, monitor, and maintain flex printing machines (e.g., Roland, HP, Mimaki).

- Manage ink, media, and printer settings to ensure high-quality output.

- Trim, mount, and finish printed materials like banners, hoardings, and boards.

- Coordinate with designers and clients for final output approval.

- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
