Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist will work full-time on-site at Immerze Creations in Indore, collaborating with designers, developers, and marketers to create visually compelling assets for digital campaigns and brand identities. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for web and social media, developing logos and branding elements, and preparing visual content aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves image editing, layout design, and ensuring all creative materials are optimized for digital platforms and various devices.

Specialist will participate in brainstorming sessions, support the creation of marketing collateral, and deliver designs within project timelines and quality standards. This position requires close coordination with the creative and marketing teams to maintain consistency and elevate the visual impact of client projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging and brand-appropriate digital assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive brand identities and visual systems for diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including retouching, optimizing, and preparing images for web, social media, and advertising use.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software) and an understanding of digital design best practices.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, a portfolio demonstrating design capability, and the ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
