Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Specialist role based at the SVGOI campus in Rajpura.

The Graphic Design

Specialist will create and refine visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, brochures, banners, presentations, and event materials that align with SVGOI’s brand identity. The role involves collaborating with academic and marketing teams to design logos and branding elements for programs, campaigns, and events, as well as supporting student-centric initiatives with engaging visual communication.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, executing layouts, performing image editing, preparing files for production, and maintaining consistency across all communication channels. The specialist will also stay updated with design trends and tools to continuously improve visual storytelling for the institution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive institutional identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing and visual enhancement using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field are preferred.
- Beneficial skills include basic motion graphics or video editing, familiarity with social media design formats, and an understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous design work in branding, marketing materials, and digital graphics is highly desirable.
