About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic and Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, an exceptional eye for aesthetics, and the technical skills necessary to transform client briefs into visually compelling outputs. This role requires immediate availability and proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Indesign, and Figma.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.




- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Indesign, as well as Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and composition.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to start work, with the capacity to begin as early as the next day.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and client expectations.
- Create visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, brochures, and promotional content.
- Design engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling for digital campaigns and presentations.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design techniques to keep our work fresh and relevant.




- Work closely with clients to gather feedback, understand their preferences, and incorporate revisions effectively.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative reviews to contribute ideas and insights.
