Company Description: Raiz is a premium leather goods brand founded in Kolkata in 2021, built around a simple obsession: making exceptional products for people who care deeply about what they drive, wear, and keep. Our driving gloves are crafted from full-grain leather, individually numbered, and made to age with character rather than simply wear out. Every pair takes weeks to make, with an attention to detail more commonly associated with houses that have been doing this for generations.

Today, Raiz finds its way into the worlds of car collectors, discerning drivers, celebrities, fashion enthusiasts, artists, and people who appreciate exceptional craftsmanship. Our gloves have been worn by names you would recognise and driven alongside machines that command as much attention as the people behind the wheel.

We are a small, ambitious team building a contemporary luxury brand from India. The product is quiet and considered. The brand should feel the same: distinctive, refined, and impossible to mistake for anything else.

Role Description: The Graphic Design Intern role at Raiz is a remote internship focused on supporting the brand’s visual identity across digital and print channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for social media, website, and marketing campaigns, as well as assisting in the development of layouts and visual assets that reflect Raiz’s premium leather brand. The intern will help design logos, refine branding elements, and prepare visual content that aligns with the company’s aesthetic and storytelling.

Additional tasks may involve collaborating with marketing and product teams, adapting designs based on feedback, and maintaining consistency across all design outputs.



This internship offers hands-on experience in fashion and lifestyle branding while contributing to a growing, design-driven company.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI image generation and graphic design, with the ability to create visually compelling assets.
- Knowledge of typography and branding to support and evolve Raiz’s visual identity.
- Proficiency in common design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating design projects, preferably including fashion, lifestyle, or product-focused work.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Interest in fashion, leather goods, and premium branding is highly beneficial.

This is an unpaid internship. There is no stipend.

This is also not a role where you only conceptualise. You will be designing and shipping creative every week, with your work going live across Raiz’s social media and marketing channels.
