Position: Golang Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Go (Golang). The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, reliable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop backend applications and microservices using Golang.

- Develop scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Write clean, productive, maintainable, and reusable Go code.

- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.

- Develop and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.

- Work with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for application deployment and CI/CD.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

- Work with Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

- Prepare technical documentation where required.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Golang / Go programming.





- Good understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, and interfaces.

- Experience developing REST APIs / Web Services.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented/programming concepts.

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with Git and version-control practices.

- Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.

- Experience with unit testing and debugging.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Good to Have

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

- Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.

- Experience with gRPC.

- Exposure to cloud-native and distributed systems.

Experience

3–8+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Golang/backend development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
