? We’re Hiring: General Manager – Own Fleet Operations | RKRTPL, Raipur

RK Road Transport Pvt Ltd (RKRTPL) is looking for an experienced General Manager – Fleet Operations to take full ownership of our 500+ vehicle Full Truck Load (FTL) fleet — 16-tyre 35MT rigid trucks/bulkers and 18-tyre 40MT bulkers/trailers.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role covering all six pillars of fleet performance:

? Traffic & Dispatch

?‍✈️ Driver Management

? Maintenance

? Tyre Management

⛽ Diesel/Fuel Management

? MIS & Reporting to the Director

What we’re looking for

✅ 5 –15+ years in truck fleet operations/transport management

✅ At least 4–5 years leading a large fleet (500+ vehicles or comparable scale)

✅ Direct FTL trucking, mining logistics, or bulk transport experience

✅ Comfort owning hard numbers — uptime %,



maintenance cost/km, tyre life, fuel efficiency — not just responsibilities

? Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (in office, with travel to route/site locations)

? Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000/month, negotiable based on experience and fleet scale managed
